Haris Rauf

His first taste of international cricket came in T20 internationals in January 2020. The fifty-over game followed in October 2020, when he earned his first One Day International cap. Across both white-ball formats he has developed into a regular source of breakthroughs for Pakistan, with his returns backing up that reputation.

Rauf pairs genuine pace with well-disguised slower deliveries, a mix that many batters find hard to read. He can be expensive at times, but even when conceding runs he tends to keep finding a way to take wickets, including on surfaces offering little help to bowlers and in varied conditions. Still at an early stage of his career, he is widely seen as a talented prospect with plenty of potential for Pakistan.
