Anshul Kambhoj is a tall fast bowler whose method relies on banging the ball hard into the pitch, and his returns in Indian domestic cricket have steadily drawn attention to him. His first-class career began in February 2022, when he featured in a Ranji Trophy fixture against Tripura.

White-ball opportunities followed not long after his debut. In the 2023-24 edition of the Vijay Hazare competition he claimed 17 wickets across 10 matches, a campaign that ended with Haryana winning the trophy.
His most remarkable moment came in November 2024. Bowling against Kerala in the Ranji Trophy, he took every one of the 10 wickets in an innings, making him only the third bowler in the tournament's history to manage that achievement.
Kambhoj has also gained experience in the Indian Premier League. Mumbai Indians included him for the 2024 season, during which he appeared in three matches and took two wickets. For the 2025 IPL season he is set to turn out for Chennai Super Kings.
