Her international breakthrough came at the 2018 Women's T20 World Cup. In the years after that tournament she has turned out regularly for the West Indies in both one-day internationals and T20 internationals. She was also included in the West Indies squads for the 2022 World Cup and the 2024 T20 World Cup, giving her experience across several global events.
Away from international duty, Henry has built a steady presence on the franchise circuit. In the Caribbean she has represented Barbados Royals since 2022, making her a recognisable name in domestic league cricket in her home region. Her franchise career has also extended beyond the Caribbean: for the 2025 Women's Premier League she was brought in as a replacement for Allysa Healy, adding another league to her growing list of appearances as a versatile all-round option.
