NepalWicketkeeper batter
Binod Bhandari is a cricketer from Nepal who combines the duties of a wicketkeeper with those of a right-handed batsman. His association with the Nepal national team began in 2009, and he has remained part of that setup since then, according to information current as of May 2014.
His first appearance for Nepal came at the 2009 ACC Twenty20 Cup, in a match against Kuwait. His introduction to the 50-over format for his country took place in the UAE.
When Nepal named its squad for the 2014 World T20, Bhandari was among the players selected. The tournament gave him no chance to keep wicket, because Khakurel was the player entrusted with the gloves. His impact as a batsman during the event was also limited.
