His Indian Premier League journey started with Royal Challengers Bengaluru in the 2023 edition of the tournament. That first campaign brought him 9 wickets. Chances were harder to come by the following year, and in 2024 he appeared in only 4 matches for the Bengaluru side.
Outside the IPL, Vyshak has put together a substantial body of work in the longer format, having taken more than 100 first-class wickets. That grounding has given him a lot of experience bowling on Indian pitches, conditions in which his skills can be especially useful.
His next move came at the IPL mega auction staged in Jeddah, where Punjab Kings bought him for 1.80 crore INR. The signing ended his stint with Royal Challengers Bengaluru and made him part of the Punjab franchise's bowling options.
