A fast bowler from Delhi, this player relies on striking the pitch with force, and the steep lift he extracts from the surface is his main weapon against batters. His skills suit more than one phase of a match. Captains can give him the new ball at the start of an innings or bring him back to close it out in the death overs.

The year 2024 was a breakthrough for him. He played for Delhi in all three formats for the first time that season. In the Delhi Premier League the same year, he collected 13 wickets across 10 innings, which helped bring his name to wider attention.
The Indian Premier League came next. At the 2025 auction, Lucknow Super Giants signed him at his base price of INR 30 lakh. He appeared in 6 matches for the franchise and claimed 3 wickets. Lucknow chose to keep him on afterwards, retaining him for the following stage of his IPL career.
He then had a standout domestic one-day campaign in the 2025-26 Vijay Hazare Trophy. Across 8 matches he took 18 wickets at an average of 19.27, conceding runs at an economy rate of 5.16. No Delhi bowler took more wickets in the tournament, and his tally ranked fifth among all bowlers in the competition.
